Any use different from the one agreed upon has to be allowed by us. Please use resources responsibly.
The road to the parking area within the property is unpaved and there are no charging stations for electric cars.
Each guesthouse has a safe for your valuables. We are not responsible for loss or theft.
The Court of Como will have jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.

- 50% upfront fee at booking confirmation
- remaining 50% one month before arrival

Should you need to cancel your booking up to one month prior to your arrival, we shall retain 25% of the upfront fee
