The main entrance is accessible from the courtyard/parking area and shares the lobby with our caretaker’s apartment

Please verify any health concerns (disabilities, special care needs, allergies) with us prior to booking, in order to assure your safety and well-being. In the country, please be cautious as you may encounter lizards, spiders, ants, wasps and bees
Any use different from the one agreed upon has to be allowed by us. Please use resources responsibly.
The road to the parking area within the property is unpaved and there are no charging stations for electric cars.
Each guesthouse has a safe for your valuables. We are not responsible for loss or theft.
The Court of Como will have jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.

- 50% upfront fee at booking confirmation
- remaining 50% one month before arrival
- full payment at booking confirmation if arrival is within the month
We require a confirmation of your booking by e-mail
We only accept bank transfers
Should you need to cancel your booking up to one month prior to your arrival, we shall retain 25% of the upfront fee
Should the cancellation be confirmed less than one month prior to your arrival, we hope you understand that there will be no refund
If the full payment is not received by the agreed date, your booking will be cancelled with no refund
We require a cancellation of your booking by e-mail
A security deposit of € 900,00 per guesthouse will be required with your booking
